If you find the identical complete spectacles for a lower price at any other optical practice, just send us a written quotation and we guarantee match the price.
If you are not entirely happy with a product that you have chosen we will replace or refund accordingly. This does not affect you statutory rights.
All products are warranted for 12 months unless special manufacturers’ arrangements extend this.
If within 30 days you decide to purchase a second pair of spectacles to the same prescription you will receive a 30% discount on this purchase (includes re-glazing suitable existing frames).*
All spectacles need adjustment to ensure comfort and good vision. Such adjustments are part of the service.
If you purchase contact lenses from our practice on our OptiPlan payment scheme you are entitled to a discount off all prescription spectacles and sunglasses.
We take service to our patients very seriously. In the event of any dissatisfaction, please raise this with any member of staff at the earliest opportunity, who will deal with your complaint. The practice is a member of the independent OCCS arbitration service.
