As always I was welcomed to the practice, this time by Charlotte who also did the preliminary tests. Richard was very courteous and throughout my eye examination explained everything to me. He was very thorough.He then handed me over to Emily to talk about the new lenses I would need and the items I need to treat a condition that Richard had discovered. It was all done in a professional and friendly manner.I am looking forward to having my new lenses in a couple of weeks which are being put in my previous frames..I have been lost without them.Full marks to everyone at the practice. David and his staff have and use an amazing level of equipment to expertly map and test your eyes to give the best service possible. You get the best possible care. There is no unnecessary pressure to buy new glasses but there is a great choice of frames and lens options. I will continue to use David for all eye related issues and testing.

Our experience with Pavin at David Burghart has been nothing but excellent since we started when my son was 4. He is now 13 and no longer needs glasses after careful treatment and diagnosis from Pavin alongside the hospital. He is so kind, very age appropriate with how he communicates, genuinely interested and thorough. Can’t recommend him enough! The staff and premises itself are lovely too - thank you :)
